Shipping & Delivery Policy
At JetBox, we deliver Melbourne Metro only and offer Click & Collect from Dandenong. Our policy is clear, simple, and firm — please read before ordering.
Delivery Options
1. Melbourne Metro Delivery – Standard
- Minimum delivery charge: $85.00
- Client must be available to receive the delivery; Monday to Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- All deliveries are to the ground floor only – no upstairs, no internal stacking
Free Delivery Conditions:
Orders over $1000 (ex GST) receive FREE delivery only if:
- Delivery is to a business address
- A forklift is available on-site for offloading
2. Residential Delivery – Flat $150 Fee
We do not recommend delivery to residential addresses, but if chosen:
- A flat fee of $150 applies, regardless of order value
- This must be paid in full before delivery
- No exceptions, no refunds
- You must ensure:
- Truck and large van access
- Clear parking space
- Someone on-site for manual offloading (we do not unload)
3. Click & Collect – Dandenong VIC 3175
Pickup is available from our warehouse at:
49 Dingley Avenue, Dandenong VIC 3175
- You’ll be notified once your order is ready
- The collection must occur within 48 hours of notice
Storage Fee: $15 per day (per pallet, bundle, item, or sample) if not collected within 48 hours
Offloading & Access Requirements
- Our drivers do not offload or stack items
- You must have a forklift or manual handling personnel on-site
- Truck access is essential – no tight laneways, steep driveways, or restricted entries
If delivery fails due to access or offloading issues, you will still be charged:
- The full delivery fee
- A return fee
- A 10% restocking fee (if returned)
Dispatch Timeframes
- Stocked items: Usually dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Custom/made-to-order items: Lead times vary — check individual product pages
- Urgent orders: Add a note at checkout. We’ll contact you if there’s any issue
No Delivery Fee Refunds
All delivery fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Once your order is dispatched or delivery is attempted, the fee is considered used and will not be credited back, regardless of order issues, location, or order changes.
Custom Item Policy – No Returns or Refunds
The following custom items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- TV boxes
- Pallet boxes
- Custom-sized boxes or packaging
If unsure, please ask before ordering.
No Interstate or International Delivery
We deliver within the Melbourne Metro only.
For all other locations, choose Click & Collect or organise your courier.
