Returns for Purchases Made from Jetbox
At Jetbox, we generally do not accept refunds or returns for purpose of changing your mind. We encourage customers to obtain a sample of their products before purchasing to ensure satisfaction. You can order samples directly from our product pages or contact us atΒ 03 9793 3520 for assistance. If you encounter any issues with the products you have ordered, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately, and we will advise if any options are available.
In accordance with Australian consumer law, Jetbox does not accept exchanges or refunds in the following situations:
- Changed your mind (e.g., no longer require the boxes or ordered too many of a particular product).
- Ordered the wrong item (e.g., the packaging you purchased from Jetbox was too large or small for your needs).
- Found the goods cheaper elsewhere.
- Were aware of a fault before purchasing the goods (e.g., sample stock).
- Damaged the goods by misusing them (e.g., folding products incorrectly).
- Delays caused by couriers.
What If the Product Is Faulty or Incorrectly Delivered?
We take great care to ensure our goods are of the highest quality. However, if you find that a product is faulty or if the item delivered does not match your order, we are committed to helping you resolve the issue. Returns will be accepted for online purchases that are faulty or incorrect. Claims for faulty or incorrectly delivered items must be submitted within 5 days from the dispatch date.
Jetbox may request additional information or photographs via email to help assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible. All online purchases claimed as faulty must be returned to Jetbox for an official assessment by our product development team.
How Long Will It Take to Receive a Refund If Approved?
Once your returned goods are received by Jetbox, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The time it takes for your financial institution to finalize the refund will depend on their processing times.
